The owners are the inspectors! We do not employ others to inspect, therefore, we have a vested interest in the precision and quality of our work.
Same-day final reports. In the event of specific circumstances that prevent reporting during the inspection day – we quarantee that our clients will obtain their report no later than 24 hours after the inspection.
Two Inspectors at each inspection. This provides our clients greater oversight regarding inspection process, as well as greater time efficiency.
Our services area encompasses all of Eastern Tennessee. Our service boundaries are from Crossville to Bristol, Tennessee and all points in-between.
Final walk-through assistance. If the buyer would like verification that all issues were properly addressed, and remedied, prior to closing we provide walk-through inspections to ease any concerns the buyer might have.
